Our Bike
Our bike is a 2006 Co-Motion Tandem Roadster painted Cherry Pearl. We bought it from Gold County Cycles in Northern California. It has a rear disc brake and Wound-up carbon forks. We have never had a flat using Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tires. They are heavy, and have some tread, but what peace of mind. We love our SpeedPlay Frog pedals and use Keen riding sandals exclusively (even in the cold). We have an Old Man Mountain Sherpa Rear rack on which we hang Arkel Grand Touring panniers. We also have a large Arkel handlebar bag. Most of our camping equipment is ultra-lightweight and we carry about 50 pounds of stuff when we tour.

We just had a Gates Carbon Drive installed, replacing the timing chain. More changes to come.
